There is a beautiful unpredictablity about these videos that works, flows and undeniably gets result. Perfect timing , fun to move with, not stuffy. Loved this!! 😍 everytime I think I have found a favorite you come out with a new one that I love even more! I have been working out with these for about 8 months and have seen awesome results. Did this today! I never wear ankle weights because I have to take too many breaks without them! I will get there though! You are AWESOME! I am so inspired to keep working on this. Never thought I’d love Pilates so much! How long do you work out each day? Also do you do a rotation - upper body lower body abs? What do you recommend for best results?
